Our Beautiful unique upscale home is located in Lago Vista and overlooks beautiful Lake Travis. Lake access just 2 minutes away by car, golf cart or a short 10 minute walk through the private park with boat ramp, beach area, and swimming. Our home is located conveniently, feels very private. Experience a relaxing retreat or go out and enjoy what our unique area has to offer.

Our home has unique finishes, high ceilings, very open and airy, with beautiful furnishings.

OUTDOOR AREA:

Gorgeous, private outdoor space with multiple seating areas on all levels for all seasons.

Sparking, private pool to swim, float and enjoy a cool beverage. We have plenty of choice in seating areas anywhere from shaded to sunny and in between for the non swimmers enjoyment as well.

Upstairs choose to enjoy the large deck again with multiple setting areas covered or uncovered. Enjoy the cool breeze, take in the morning sunrise with your coffee, enjoy panoramic views of the lake and hills, in the evenings look for a shooting star, and enjoy watching the lighting bugs.

Downstairs we have a fire pit area with wooden rockers, an outdoor dining table.

KITCHEN & DINING:

The kitchen is well stocked for large meals: High end appliances, double ovens, induction cooktop, a dishwasher that disinfects for sparking clean dishes. Pots, pans, bakeware, every little kitchen gadget and utensil you can imagine. Several choice of dish sets, stemware to include up to settings of of 12 or more. With a ton of foot traffic space, there's a dining space with a table that will seat up to 10 and an additional seating at the very large island as well as a couple of very comfortable leather recliners for ALL to gather to visit, laugh, enjoy a good meal, coffee or a night cap and unforgettable memories.

LIVING ROOM:

The main living area is an open concept that blends the dining into the kitchen. Enjoy view of Lake Travis and the hills from the wall of windows. You can actually enjoy the views from every room in our home. Open living area with plenty of seating on the comfy sectional, plenty of blankets to cozy up with, large flat screen LED TV to enjoy your favorite programs.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Highland Lakes Golf Club. You'll find features such as an arcade/games room. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a private pool in the holiday home.

Birthday Bash
We wanted a 5 bedroom house to accommodate all of our guests. Upon arriving, there were only 4 bedrooms, but we ended up making it work. The “5th” bedroom was actually suppose to be a bed in the game room which did not have a bathroom and someone would have had to walk out the door then into the house. We loved the house and it had everything you could possibly need, the amenities were great and our family had a great time. Overall the birthday turned out fantastic!

Fantastic weekend retreat
I visited with my friends for my 30th birthday and we had a lovely stay. From the deer on the golf course, to the sauna, to the home decor, the vibe was immaculate. Would definitely return.

I chose this property because of the 5 star ratings from those who have stayed here and because it was listed as having 5 bedrooms. I booked it on New Years day - 2.5 months in advance. When I got there, I was pleased with everything except one MAJOR difference - it only had 4 bedrooms. I immediately called Debbie and she said that she recently converted one of the bedrooms into the gameroom. Neither she nor VRBO contacted me ahead of time to let me know of this major change - we needed 5 bedrooms, not 4 and we would have made other arrangements had we known in advance. We were there now, so we did our best to make it work because, at this point, there was nothing we could do about it. After the trip, I called and texted Debbie to ask if she would provide us with a price adjustment because of the missing bedroom. She said, "My, apologies,I looked and I did fix that." I asked her to explain what that meant and she never replied. I did not recieve any discount or refund. I did, however, get contacted by the insurance company, stating that she filed a claim against me saying I damaged her wall. NO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO THE HOUSE. This is a false claim and when I reached out to her, she did not respond.

Great summer trip for a family with little kids!
We spent the week of 4th of July at this property and it served us well. We are 3 good friends from college who get together for the 4th each year. Our families have grown over the years and we are now 6 adults and 6 kids (all under 7 years old). The house was great for our needs. There was a bunk bed room stocked with toys for our "older" kids, and the property manager made sure there were enough pack'n'plays / cribs for all of our under 2 kiddos. The pool is the perfect size for our young swimmers (not too big or deep) and we had a great view of fireworks over the lake on 3 of the 7 nights we were there. The property manager even helped us coordinate a grocery delivery before our check-in time and made it easy for us to access the property on the day of arrival which was such a blessing when traveling with little kids. An extra bonus was that there were a ton of deer right outside the kitchen window every morning and evening which the kids loved looking at. Not one or two, at least a dozen most of the time!

Excellent stay at this house. This house is beautiful, pictures do not do it justice. It is cozy, spacious and accommodating to adults and kids. The host does an excellent job to make sure guests are comfortable. We had a big group but it was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked, and so are the linens, restrooms etc.

Amazing Place
We were celebrating my son's 20th birthday with family. It was 9 adults and 1 infant. Everyone loved the place and we had the best time. The kitchen was a dream and had everything you could possibly need. I even reached out and asked her to get a cake for my son and she did with some decorations. We had a small issue in one of the bathrooms and Debbie responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this place.

The house was exactly as described with many sitting areas, a fully stocked kitchen with all cooking utensils and spices you could ever need. The coffee bar was superb and the pool sparkling clean. This property is stunning! So much wonderful space, both indoor and outdoor. The kitchen is well stocked with every pot, pan or plate you could possibly need. We had a great girls trip and were very comfortable. We had an issue with the front door lock code upon check in and the property manager was VERY prompt in her responses to get us set up. We easily saw 10+ deer every day and night from the back porch which was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
