We stayed during the week of Thanksgiving 2024, and overall, it was an excellent experience, including the free breakfast and general accommodations for this class of hotel. It's a fairly new hotel, so the grounds and amenities were in great condition, including the gym that has new equipment. Service could be improved: 1) we needed our shampoo refilled in our room which they failed to do after separate calls on different days to the front desk, 2) one day, maid service was not performed even after my wife and I informed the front desk (separately) and with the front desk person being slightly defensive about us reminding them.
