Great property and location despite some undesirables around the area. Reception staff were wonderful and moved us when we realised our heater was not working. We paid a lot for parking despite realising next morning that most people were parked across the street for free. Good stay nice walk around Austin and to the places we wanted to see

I checked in online and booked two rooms. When I went to my first room someone was already in it. The young lady that had just finished her shift gave my room to someone else. I had to go to the front desk and get a different room. There was a bad mix up and finally the lady at service desk got it situation. I had to make sure my card wasn’t being used for the first room. I didn’t want to be responsible for the room that way given to a different guest.

We were told that the rooms facing the freeway were a better option than the rooms facing the restaurants and construction due to noise levels. Worst noise levels from the freeway and road level that we have ever encountered. Won't be back!
