Please note: when outdoors, noise and music must be kept to a minimum at all times. Outdoor activity is strictly not permitted between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM - as per City of Austin Short Term Rental Ordinance.
PET FRIENDLY
We are pet friendly and allow well-behaved pets with prior approval. If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is NOT included in the total price shown on the booking platform. An additional $150/pet non-refundable pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit.
