Very friendly front desk staff, but the valet driver lost our keys. Eventually they found our keys but we had to wait for about 20 minutes for them to find them. Property was very run down but the room was clean and it’s conveniently located.

The carpet was full of stains and the room smelled like Cat urine all over. There was a dirty rag of the previous person that stayed in that room on the shower head. Toilet smelled a little funky and the handle on the toilet was not functioning properly. For $125 a night, really disappointed.

The hotel was under construction which would be noisy anywhere from 8a-5p. The included breakfast was okay with a few selections. That wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the roaches. We didn't see any the first day, but after 5 nights they were everywhere. The last one was in the bed sheets, the bathroom would have 5 or so every morning, crawling on the headboards of the beds, and on the nightstand. We requested new sheets the 3rd night and nothing was done. The next day trash was taken out and some towels replaced but nothing was done about the sheets. When we first arrived we noticed the towels and sheets seemed to have an odor but couldn't place it, and still can't. One pillow had a large stain on it and a bed cover had what appeared to be an old blood stain as well. It was very uncomfortable trying to sleep knowing what was around us was not clean.

First the staff is so nice! I felt bad that we bailed after one night only because of how nice they were. The rooms however were horrific. Stains, mold, bugs. Just don’t, it’s not worth saving an extra few bucks. My the third time someone tried to open our door in the middle of the night and the suspicious bug on the bed we booked something else and moved on. Awful.

The property is really old, but that is not the worst, the room was dirty and the whole property smells like weed. The worst is the 32 usd for parking space they should at least give that to the guest. It looks like an abandoned property and looks really sketchy

Staff was friendly. Grounds were under a well overdue face-lift. Came back from first day out to discover items had been removed from our room. They had been taken to front desk but 3/4 of belongings were left in room

Just okay.
This hotel is in the middle of a construction project, but it also needs a complete remodel. Everything is a little funky.Even the curtains are in tatters. But the Bed was soft, Ac worked. Room was cool And dark. Slept Well.

It is being remodeled but that is no excuse for it to be super dirty, cockroaches in the rooms, used Qtips on the floor from the previous visitor, mold on the walls and they never said you had to pay $30 a day for parking.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and willing to talk but overall the stay was extremely uncomfortable. Our first room had a terrible odor and was infested with bugs (floor, walls, shower). One got into my suitcase! We were allowed to switch rooms which luckily only had one bug but the overall structure of the hotel was not up to par. Our one bed (in the new room) didn’t even have a fitted sheet and when we asked they said they were all out and didn’t provide us with a fitted sheet. Will not be staying here again.
