The worst maintained hotel ever!

Absolutely nothing in the hotel work the elevator the juice machines the washing machines the ice machines all out of order. The carpet was coming apart at the seams everywhere the walls had dents and damage and chipped corners. The sofa couch that was in our room looked like it belonged on a frat balcony the photos that are in the website must be 20 years old it looks nothing like that... Do not stay here!!!

I had a room on the third floor, as I went into the room. The floor was filthy, and there was noise coming from the window. I open the curtain to find a window that can barely shut all the way this was very triggering. I stayed here last minute for just a night.. on top of the poor quality of the hotel I ordered from DoorDash to be delivered to my door and when I went to retrieve my order, it was stolen very unpleasant stay.

Specifically booked this hotel and room because of a medical procedure I’d be going through and would be recovering here while in town. I booked a suite with a full kitchen,when I arrived, room had a small kitchen sink and no stove or full kitchen which was the only reason I booked. I made do but was upset nothing could be done to compensate false advertising
