This luxurious & modern 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home has everything you could need! Each mattress is a memory foam, for maximum comfort. Private pool & spa, outdoor firepit, and outdoor dining. Living room has a 75" TV with multiple streaming apps, for cozy nights in!

Bedroom 1 - Master, queen bed with attached bathroom (walk in shower)
Bedroom 2 - 2 queen beds (with Jack and Jill bathroom)
Bedroom 3 - 2 queen beds (with Jack and Jill bathroom)
Bedroom 4 - 4 queen beds with attached bathroom (walk in shower and tub)


Guests have access to home and backyard with pool.

-Smart lock door code for entry
- Heating the pool is available with a 3 day notice, for $600
-This is a residential neighborhood, so please limit amount of cars.
-All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware, and silverware provided.
-Salt & pepper provided and a small olive oil.
-Fresh sheets & towels provided.
-Fresh coffee, creamer, and sweetener provided.
-Washer and Dryer available. Laundry detergent provided for on-site laundry.
-Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided.

*Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed*

This is a magnificent property. The house is beautifully appointed, spacious and ideally laid out to provide both closeness and privacy. We were socked in with fog for a couple of days but when the sun burned through the view was wonderful. The hot tub was enjoyed by almost everyone. For us it was ideally located because it is right around the corner from family. We went all over Austin so I would say it is a great spot as a base camp. And the property management was responsive at all hours which was very reassuring.

Very well appointed home. Extremely comfortable and spacious. Outside space was a huge hit with the children, the pool was large, clean and inviting. The separate lot without immediate neighbors was also a huge plus. Would highly recommend!

Incredible house
The house is incredible. The pool and hot tub are very nice and attached to a patio off the back of the house. The pack and play for the baby booster seat and baby gear at the house made life pretty awesome. We would definitely rent again. Valerie and her team were excellent hosts.

This house was perfect! Plenty of linens and utensils. Comfortable beds and blankets. Valerie was extremely responsive and helpful. The pool and spa we’re such a treat. Decor was beautiful elegant and extremely clean. We loved every minute looking out over the peaceful hill country views. We would use this house again and again and again.
