Excellent stay for the money. Very clean. Breakfast comparable to more expensive chains - scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Rooms are not fancy but certainly adequate. Plenty of outlets for electronics. I just hate driving on I-35.

My family and I were very happy with everything about this hotel. Very friendly and professional staff, hot breakfast, WiFi, free and safe parking, and nice pool.

The front desk staff at check in was rude and unfriendly, the stay was tolerated. Will not be returning and very cautious of the rating on this place. Had an interview the next morning so really didn’t have a choice but to stay. Terrible service. Ended up finding out “uptown” is one of the highest crime treated neighborhoods.

Older hotel that was decent price but the incidental fee being the same price as the hotel was a bit much. The front desk lady was just the sweetest though and so friendly.

Dirty Hotel
The front desk lady with an accent was amazing! She was the best part of the stay. With that being said… for starters upon checking in the lady at the desk was SUPER rude. She gave us the wrong room and then when I came back to get it fixed she gave me a weird look while the other lady fixed it. When we got to the room one of the beds had hair, dirt, & trash on it. The shower was full of hair. And the cherry on top of the cake was dirty toilet paper and receipts being in one of the drawers. I definitely do not recommend. But the one lady was so nice and the only reason we didn’t leave.
