Rooms were being renovated so there was constant nailing on the floors above- two nites at 3 am as well… requested room change but were told it would stop. (Early morning train outside window, Murphy bed was too soft, no change of linens or extra TP for 6 nights, no garbage pickup, loud bar until 5am) never had one good nite sleep for 6 nites, no VIP service unless you call two small water bottles hanging on the door on Day 2.

The area is next to a Railway, highway, highway access and has frequent late noises. The system to enter and move in the property is by a keyboard with your unique code ... but if you are in a hurry to arrive at your room ... you would certainly be slowed by at least 3 or 4 times to enter your 6 digit code # ... The room is very tidy, cosy and clean, great scents on shower shampoo and body wash, but the mattress is a bit thin. Last is the access ... it is located on a one way street (most roads in Austin are 2way, but this is under construction) so you have some dirt road to walk without much sidewalk ... for sure this is temporary ... and hopefully you do not get rain during your stay.

I don't recommend this location, it's far from town and felt dirty and unsafe around it. You don't get a key, just a code, which needs to be used even to use elevator, it's very annoying. Glasses in cupboard were dirty. Good channels on tv, and cooking appliances are good.

Great location in walking distance to the conference center, bars, and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and was fully stocked with all the of the needed amenities. We really enjoyed our stay!

God's and bad. Absolute pain having to use a 6 digit pin to use elevator, public area doors and room. WiFi instructions wrong needing a visit to reception, "meh, must be printed wrong". Mugs too small for coffee machine so spilt on counter, hairs in bathroom. No cups in reception for coffee, "meh, yeah we ran a out, don't know why we don't get more" Good aircon, nice bedding, great kitchen.
