Really great stay; however, there was a lack of communication on additional charges when we arrived for our stay. The charges are understandable and reasonable for the duration and quality of stay but the lack of communication of charges prior to check in was unappreciated. I would recommend the stay but have something prepared for additional fees.

Although staff was nice once I found the office ( no email with check in instructions was sent), the location can be confusing as there was no property map or direction provided. Parking is also an extra $35/night but that wasn’t listed in any online information. Room is nice-ish, but not clean. Hair and debris is everywhere. The shower drain is clogged and with only two towels for two people, with no instructions on how to call housekeeping can be frustrating.

The location to the convention center was great. It was around the corner from the restaurant Moonshine that was amazing. My only critique is the laundry set up is confusing it could be better especially since to purchase a card for 1 time use was $10. And the roof top deck was pretty but the furniture could be cleaner and better kept. Overall this was a perfect hotel and I highly recommend it.

We went in knowing this is a self-service apartment with little to no interaction with staff necessary. However, any interaction we had with the desk was friendly, courteous and a credit to the property. We're used to travelling this way, and made full use of the apartment facilities which included a kitchen, pull down bed, full bathroom, lots of storage, and a lounge area. We arrived to find the apartment very clean and tidy, with everything we needed to get settled in. There are plenty of stores within walking distance to stock up the kitchen for your stay, and the delivery apps all serve the area with groceries and take out food. There was no safe in the room but the door works by six-digit code and as the room's cleaning is your own responsibility, nobody is going in and out of the room unless you pay for the optional cleaning service. Overall, most guests obeyed the quiet-time rules, though the walls and spaces do allow sound in, so expect a little noise from surrounding apartments or outside in the courtyard. The whole building was immaculately clean, there's a gym, pool, and lifts and stairwells to get around the place. It feels modern, well-maintained and in a good location for downtown, with the more trendy areas only a half hour walk or short cab ride away. It's also only a 20-30 minutes drive from the airport and major retail parks for the super targets and Walmarts. I'd stay here again and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Solid Stay
Solid Austin stay! Property was centrally located and clean. Maids were very helpful getting towels, sheets, etc. Check-in was very simple. My only complaint were the pillows were like bags of air and would slip into the gap between the sofa frame and matress (studios have fixed sofa beds as main beds). Other than that, exactly as advertised!
