Just a short drive from Austin and area attractions including Lake Travis, vineyards, and hiking trails, this four-bedroom retreat comes ready for group comfort with highlights including a sprawling, fully fenced backyard and covered deck area offering fun for the whole family. Younger guests will love the play set and slide and parents will be able to keep a close eye while relaxing on the covered deck. A gas grill provides the makings for a perfect backyard barbecue and string lighting across the lawn will let you keep the fun going into the evening.

The kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils for planning at-home meals with ease and the living room comes furnished for casual downtime with plush seating and and a smart TV. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the modern home essentials.

All four bedrooms can be found upstairs. The primary suite includes its own smart TV and private bathroom complete with dual vanity sinks and shower/tub combo. A second full bathroom is shared between the other three bedrooms. An additional half-bath is located downstairs for household convenience.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
