You'll be blown away by this sprawling 4600 sq foot house! The backyard has a separate cabana and a refreshing heated pool and jacuzzi all overlooking the great Texas sky! 6 bedrooms plus two common areas with sleeping options means your whole group will be able to spread out and relax. With two King and two Queen rooms you won't have to fight over sleeping in the bed size you are used to back home. As for fun we have skeeball, 3 arcades, ping pong, air hockey, shuffleboard, foosball etc!!!

We've been setting up Airbnb properties for many years and have been super hosts for a long time and this is our best property yet! We're sure you'll love it.

The whole house is yours although we may have a couple of closets locked for storage. The driveway parks 6 plus cars and pulls down to the side of the house to give extra privacy. You'll come and go without meeting us most likely as you'll get a key code and arrival instructions before coming.

We like to give our guests space but be always available. You'll get a key code and let yourself in but have both of our cell numbers if you have any issues.

The house is on the edge of a great neighborhood. The backyard is quite private but we do ask that you be courteous to the neighbors at all time. If you group plans on getting drunk, wild, and crazy loud we appreciate you renting elsewhere.

You have easy access to and from the Airport and downtown is 20 minutes by car. Uber and Lyft are convenient and affordable.

For pets we ask that you let us know about each of your pets and tell us stuff like whether they shed, if they chew, if they are not fully potty trained, and if you will be leaving them in a crate when you leave. For shorter stays we ask for a $200 deposit per pet and we normally double that for longer stays (more than a week). Half of the deposit is refundable if the cleaners don't feel like they need to do a deeper clean to deal with hair, urine, smells etc and there isn't any pet damage.

We can heat the pool and the price varies depending on the season so ask us ahead of time.

We can sometimes offer an early checkin or late checkout for $50 per hour.

If you want to have a big group, please note our extra guest fees under house rules.

Bachelor Party
We had a group of 20 and this place was perfect! There was plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. The outdoor area was our favorite, with plenty of shade during the day and cool at night. The game room provides plenty of entertainment and intense competition. Lisa was very responsive with any questions or requests. Would certainly stay here again.

A Great Spot/Host that lived up to the description
I just rented this spot for a bachelor party of 11 guys. I was super impressed by how the property was even better in person than it appeared online. Everything was clean and worked just as I hoped. The neighborhood was great and the local BBQ spot was delicious. The host was super helpful and very accommodating, even refunding the heating fee for the pool because it was already up to temperature! All in all I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend!

We stayed at this location for a bachelor party and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Lisa was very responsive throughout the planning process and even came by while we were gone to follow up a small hiccup with the back door code. The grill, pool and arcade room were perfect when hanging at the house and the location was doable as well. About 30 minutes to the airport as well as downtown Austin. For any other bachelor parties considering Austin, this might be your spot of choice! Thanks again, Lisa!

Incredible Space To Entertain & Relax
The property was very spacious with even more sleeping space than advertised. The game room adds a fun touch to entertain guests. The outside is set up perfectly with a grill by the cabana, heated pool, and hot tub. Highly recommend!

Great House for 2 Families of 5 each
We had 6 kids ages 7 - 17, everyone had a great time. The house is a destination unto itself, with the garage converted to an arcade, a trampoline and a play structure, not to mention the swimming pool and hot tub (it was a little too cold this time of year but we tried anyway!) The owners are very helpful and responsive, the home is clean and well-maintained. Maybe the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. The mattresses are all comfortable - noone complained about back pain, and that's unusual for us. We did not use the TVs. Pflugerville has many walking trails that run between small parks on a green way. We walked 5+ miles several times through the town. In November the temps are 60's so this worked well for us.

Amazing House and Location
Very easy to beat traffic from this location to and from Lake Travis and to and from DT Austin. The neighborhood is quiet and the house has a TON of amenities and space for all ranges of likes and needs. Lisa is very communicative and pleasant. Glad we had the time at this property.

This house was amazing! the host was fantastic with communication and the house is set up perfectly for a large bachelor party group. I would advise any large groups to stay here! we used party buses to get downtown and back with whole group for any nights out, there is an HEB up the street, along with a walgreens for any quick needs. Would stay again!

Family Getaway
OMG! This house was perfect! We enjoyed everything about the home. If you are looking for a super clean and very spacious home this is it! Lisa was absolutely great she checked in our stay and made sure we were all okay. I mean you have the pool, the grill outside, the play ground set, trampoline, the cabana all of the arcade games inside and the games outside. There is something for everyone. I can’t say enough great things about this house. Please book for your family gathering you will not be disappointed!

Awesome spot with a lot to do
Had a group of friends come in for Memorial Day Weekend. The check in process was so simple, and there was plenty of room for our group, making it a very comfortable stay. With the ping pong table, pool, arcade games, and grill, it made for an amazing weekend! In addition, Lisa was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Highly recommend!

Excellent Property!!
This property was the location for a weekend bachelor party and I cannot say enough good things about our experience! We had a group of ten guys in their mid to late twenties and there was loads of space to hang out with beds to spare. The property was super clean with amazing amenities. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, cooked dinner on the outdoor bar-b-que, and enjoyed all of the many games! We paid the reasonable fee to have the pool heated for what was a dreary weekend in April and it was definitely $99 well spent. It was an easy straight shot down the I-35 into downtown Austin and we also headed over to the nearby Domain for dinner and TopGolf. Both Lisa and Paul were excellent at being super responsive to any of our needs or communications. I would definitely recommend this property for either a family or large group without hesitation!! Book today and plan to enjoy your stay!!

We stayed here for my bachelor party and it was frankly perfect for our needs! Clean, large home with plenty of sleeping space. Backyard/pool area is great for hanging, and all of the games they have were super fun! We were a group of 8 guys over 35+. Lisa was super helpful throughout the process too! I highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend...
Just not on any days we want to come back! My wife and I, our kids, their spouses and grandkids spend a mini-reunion weekend and it was perfect Plenty to do, nice pool and backyard, more beds than we needed, spacious kitchen for us all to cook together and lots of room to spread out if you wanted a little quiet time. We took the opportunity to play board and card games and there were multiple rooms where that worked well. My 4 yr old grandson couldn’t decide between the garage game room, the pool, or the many video games spread throughout the house. Lisa was great. She checked in with us on occasion and was there quickly whenever we had questions. Which wasn’t often because her check-in instructions not only made it easy when we got there but already anticipated most questions me might have while we were there, all the way down to links to videos showing how to use the espresso machine. The house itself was in a residential neighborhood but I honestly forgot that once I got inside the house. There are no houses behind and they added some y’all privacy fencing in the back so you don’t notice any other houses around you. We all had a great time and my grandson actually cried when we had to leave. In the few days since we left he’s already asked 2 or 3 times when PawPaw is taking him back to the “fun vacation house!”

This house has it all! We lacked nothing! Clean, spacious, comfortable, with tons of amenities!
We needed to rent a large place for guests coming in for a funeral. Our home here in Austin was simply not large enough to host people. It was important to us to find a place where we could all gather to mourn and celebrate my mother in laws life. This home afforded us that and more. Our entire family kept commenting on how fantastic this home was and how awesome it was that we were all able to stay in one place. The kids swam in the large pool for endless hours, played in the playscape, used the skeeball machine, and all the arcades through the home. They had they’re own tv area upstairs while adults hung out downstairs in the large living area adjacent to the large ole kitchen area. The quiet conversations happened in the dining area by the front of the home. Others hung out in the covered patio area over looking the beautiful landscape taking in the smells of the large Gas Webber grill. Numerous cousins challenged each other to a game of ping pong. The entertainment value was too notch! In regards to functionality, this home has it all. I never lacked any type of kitchen utensil that I needed. We enjoyed smoothies made in the Vitamix and the convection oven came in handy. Bowls, knives, plates, cups, pots, pans, cookie sheets, strainers, lemon squeezers, pastry mixer, coffee maker, ladles, wine openers, etc. are al here. You will lack nothing! The home also had everything needed to keep it clean as you go: dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, ziplock bags, hand soap in all restrooms, towels, hand towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. AC works great and the guests mentioned they loved the memory foam mattresses they slept on. The family with the most kids loved the bunk bed room! This place is it if you need to have a family reunion or you need to spread out. The location is super close to I 35 and to the Toll for those coming and going to the airport. Happening places in Austin are very close by. We ordered Homeslice pizza one night (a must have if you’ve never been) and drive 12 mins to pick up. Lisa was so quick to reply to questions and she responded to my message immediately to my question around turning on the pool lights. We will be back for another family gathering soon!

A home that makes you feel like you're living in luxury!
This house is so amazing and the way it is setup was perfect for our group. The common areas were open and spacious and gave us all a sense of the community that we wanted, and each of us had our own individual rooms with a large extremely comfortable bed and linens. The decor in the house was eye catching but does not make you feel like you're in a museum where you are worried about sitting on the couch. We are new to HomeAway and Lisa was fantastic about helping us navigate the website and setting up our reservation. She even warned us about a mistake we made that would have cost us some money! This house is beyond perfect for a large group wanting an enjoyable time together away from the craziness of traffic and loud noises but still within quick driving distance of all the wonderful things Austin has to provide. We will be using this house again and look forward to the hospitality the hosts provided.

Amazing place, such a fun stay.
Spent my birthday weekend here. The house is huge, the pool and hot tub are awesome, gas stove and great bbq grill is a major plus. It felt secluded and private and it’s super close to Austin. Also my wife beat the high score on the Galaga arcade game there. It was a great time, I’d plan my next vacation around staying here.

Spacious and gorgeous!
This place was truly amazing! It was spacious, clean, and had so many wonderful amenities. The beds were comfortable with nice memory foam type mattresses (which is not normal for a BNB) and each room was uniquely decorated. There are two large TV's in the home that are perfect for watching movies if you prefer to be inside. The best part of this home though was the back yard area! Great sized pool and hot tub, deck area, and nice grill! Perfect for a summer vacation spot. The location of this house is also great because it is far away enough from the downtown busyness that it feels secluded, yet close enough to where if you want to go and adventure downtown it isn't far away! The hosts were friendly, and answered any questions we had quickly. I would highly recommend this place for any vacation, company retreats, or large group get togethers.
