Very clean room and bed Shower didn’t have a shower head and doors slamming from the other rooms sounded very loud during the night

The staff were nice and the room was basic but clean and in good condition. The bed though….The bed was the single most uncomfortable thing I have ever had the displeasure of laying on. Its wrapped in plastic to “prevent bed bugs”. I understand saving money on frills to keep the room price low. Don’t save money on the bed. If I can’t sleep in your hotel, I’m not paying for your hotel.
