Chers clients, Conscients de la crise sanitaire inédite que nous traversons, le groupe Accor a rendu ses conditions plus flexibles. Vous avez réservé un tarif prépayé non annulable. Celui-ci n'est pas défaut pas remboursable mais à titre exceptionnel, nous avons proposé à tous nos clients de bénéficier d'un report de paiement sur une prochaine réservation en direct hôtel. Une autre solution serait de contacter vos assurances de cartes bancaires. Les notations effectuées sur ce site correspondent à votre expérience de séjour chez nous, que vous n'avez pas réalisé. En ce temps de crise d'ampleurs humaines et économiques sans précédents, nous comptons sur chacun pour prendre ses responsabilités et rester flexibles. Bonjour monsieur, Bien que la gare (SNCF) et le parking (domaine public) ne nous incombent pas, je suis désolé que votre expérience ait été celle ci. Elle n'est pas représentative de celles que peuvent vivre nos clients au quotidien. Nous travaillons étroitement avec les forces de l'ordre mais il est vrai que la gare, et comme dans toutes les gares de centre ville en France (domaine public) attirent une population de temps à autre moins acceptables. Sachez que le quartier va être totalement revu par la municipalité d'ici fin 2019. J'espère pouvoir vous fournir une autre prestation à l'avenir. Belle fin de semaine ! Nicolas Directeur
