Commanding the best sunset views in the Southern Highlands, at an altitude of 762m. The Sallies originally built in 1861 has a rich history in Avoca. It was a post office a telephone exchange and a general store. But its primary use was a family run Dairy Business.

The property comprises of 3 original buildings, A hardwood cottage, a garage and a brick Dairy built in the early 1900s. The whole property has recently been converted into a modern farm stay accommodating up to 14 guests.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Fitzroy Falls & Visitor Centre. You'll find features such as an outdoor pool. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.
