Located 20 yards across from the public beach walkway makes beach access very easy and convenient. Located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and the grocery store makes this the perfectly located vacation home. The ocean and sound views from the East and South-facing deck are spectacular. The ground level has ample parking, outside showers and fish cleaning bench. The first living level has four comfortable, well furnished bedrooms and two full baths. The second living level is open to the beauties of the sound and sea from all living, dining, and deck areas. The well equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area have great views of the ocean. SHORE THING is equipped with games, books, and videos to keep the evenings as wonderful as the beautiful Avon Beach days.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
