Great place but issues with appliances
Clean, great location and well equipped kitchen. But, we were there two full weeks and the refridgerator and freezer was not working. Communication with the management company was poor. Internet was also spotty.

Great location and complex amenities
We enjoyed the location, and the BC West pool, tennis courts, etc. The property itself gets a three because the grill was so greasy, it was a fire hazard, one of the shower curtains was difficult to keep up, the freezer compartment of the refrigerator doesn’t work, the configuration of the bedrooms was not as shown on the website, and the living area is very dark. We would stay at BCW again but not at this property.

Maybe a better place to stay in the winter
We rented this property for two weeks and we chose it because we had family staying in another unit. We have a five year old and a 15 month old. The five year old had a blast because she was able to run between our unit and her cousin’s unit and we were within walking distance to the Avon park and lake. My husband, baby and I were not impressed. This unit is on the first floor (which we knew at booking) and we had no idea how loud the people above us would be. They weren’t doing anything wrong but the complex is built so that you can hear the above guest’s every move. They were up until midnight and then up again at 5:30 in the morning. During this time our baby was waking every night between 1-3. The master bedroom backs up to a parking lot so either while I was falling asleep in the evening or early mornings, inevitably a car or truck would come and park right outside my window and the headlights would blind us in our room. This unit is dark especially when you have to be there during the day for baby naps. If we had older kids and were gone all day this might not have bothered me but the place felt like a dungeon. The only windows in the living area of the home are those that go to the patio. There are no over head lights in the living room. It also is lacking a cozy feel - it wasn’t comfortable to hang out in after the kids went down. The beds weren’t comfortable and none of the fitted sheets actually fit the beds. The unit had been cleaned but to really feel clean, the carpet needs to be replaced, and they need new mattresses and new sheets. There is no rug in the living room and the floors are tile that were dirty the whole time we we there. Last complaint, the unit right next to ours had new people every 1-2 nights giving this place the feel of a drive-up motel. The first night there was a family of four. They left and a family of about twelve moved in for a night. They left and then a mom/daughter came to stay and finally a work crew of about six men who were working on a local construction site moved in. The constant change in neighbors made sharing the patio awkward. Part of the reason we come to Colorado in the summer is to enjoy our meals outside and between the neighbors upstairs on their patio and then the constant change of neighbors on the shared patio, it felt really lacking in privacy. In the end, we decided to leave two days early because my husband and I were so tired between the neighbors and baby waking us.

Updated condo in a great location
My family and I stayed here while visiting for a wedding. The condo was in a perfect spot with local restaurants and kids activities nearby. The place was fully stocked with linens, all the cookware you could imagine, and basic toiletries. The one thing to note for summer travel is that without AC you have to hope the condo next door isn’t renting to chain smokers like it was while we were there. We were unable to open the patio door for air and couldn’t go out there either. Lastly, if traveling with little ones the condo does not offer pack and plays. Besides those two details, the place was clean, updated, and comfortably furnished so you have everything else you need.

Well...
Overall our stay wasn't too bad. My main issue was the lack of cleanliness of the place. When you first walk in you are smacked in the face with a musty smell. I bought air freshener to help remove it. The sheets in the master had something caked on it and the towels had brown stains on them. One bathroom had a dirty floor towel and a used bar of soap in the shower. It also had a used tissue in the bedside table as well as boogers on the bathroom wall as well has the hallway. There were also finger nail trimmings around the kitchen sink. Being a nurse, I may be overly cleanly compared to others but this place has some room for improvement. I'm also very independent so I did a lot of the cleaning myself. We basically left the place in a cleaner condition than what we found it. I would recommend a different cleaning company. Other than that our stay was great. The layout of the unit was so much better than I thought it was going to be based on the pictures. I was also very thankful to find an affordable place since Hurricane Irma cancelled our Florida vacation last minute. We enjoyed the mountains and various outdoor activities in the area. If a different process for cleaning is implemented, we would definitely consider staying here again.

this worked but not buy much!
This property worked for a place to lay my head but other than that is was a waste of money. The picture shown in the property description is not even close i.e. bright light colors. The interior was so dark with the fireplace adding even more darkness tot he living room. Some lights in the living room didn't work as well as almost all electrical outlets were so worn that I could barley keep my electronics from falling out while plugged in ( all co2 detectors were just a walk by and they would fall out. The carpet was stained (multiple locations), ripped, and frayed apart in two different locations. We had no bar soap with stained (big black spots) bath towels upon arrival. The television system was not easy to follow (unable to get any information) when looking for a menu guide. There was no mention os having to share a patio bad move!!!! All in all will NOT stay at another Vacasa properties again. POORLY representing property. I paid a big price for what i received. Sorry but that what I found........

Great Location
We skied Vail and Beaver Creek, this condo is in the perfect location for this. Easily fits 9 people if 4 are okay sharing a room. Access to hot tub and pool is great. Just needs some slight updates in the bathrooms, but perfectly manageable.

Pictures don't always tell the story
The condo is not elegant in any regard. It actually is much darker and older than the pictures tell. The owner had work done on the master bathroom the day we arrived. Besides the overpowering smell, we were asked not to use the bathroom for the weekend. Hmm. That was beyond reason. Vacasa, which helps manage it, did a great job finding us other accommodations. I wouldn't go back even with a complimentary stay.

Nice condo with everything you need!
My family and I recently stayed here, and we had a great time! The condo had everything we needed. I think the only things it didn't have was a cheese cutter and a hair dryer! The kitchen has newer modern appliances and lots of counter space. There are three bedrooms, all with very comfortable beds (everyone slept great each night), and three full baths. There's plenty of room. We stayed in June, and there's a shared pool available. My kids loved it. And if you meander through a few buildings, you can reach the walking path that's located around Nottingham Lake, which has a sandy beach area and paddle boats. It was very quiet throughout the entire complex, no obnoxious/loud neighbors to make the stay unenjoyable. We also liked that there was a washer and dryer. We popped in a few loads the night before we left and had almost nothing to wash when we returned! Always a plus! Lastly, since this unit is on the first floor, the patio is pretty large. There's a table and a grill, which worked perfectly! Just know that there's no umbrella, and in the early evening, it's a bit sunny before the sun goes behind the clouds/trees. The condo is conveniently located right off of I-70. We drove to Vail a few times, which was only about a 10 minute drive. There are some good restaurants in the area (we enjoyed Pazzo's Pizza and Montana Smokehouse - delicious ribs!), and if you run out of anything, there's a Walgreens right around the corner. And, of course, Beaver Creek is right there. Check in and check out were extremely easy (lots of detailed emails), and we loved the keyless entry coded deadbolt - so nice not to worry about keys or keycards on a trip. Parts of the condo are definitely dated and could use some renovations (yellow toilet/shower in the master bath, dark wood trim, etc), and the entire place could use a good carpet cleaning. Other than that, though, the condo was is good condition. Everything was in great working order, and we didn't have any issues with anything. If you're looking for something completely modern/updated/fancy, this probably isn't the place for you. But if you want plenty of space, pretty much everything you need to be comfortable, and a conveniently located place to stay at a reasonable price, then consider this condo. We'd definitely stay here again!

Spacious and well-appointed...everything we needed in order to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay!
What a great place to stay! This unit is on the ground floor, and has a really nice patio with grill out front, which was in good working order. We had 7 adults stay, and it was very comfortable. Really liked having the Master Bedroom be all the way in the back, away from the hang out area. The kitchen and dining room is a good size, and we cooked for and served 13 people several times (the rest of our party stayed at a timeshare nearby). The laundry room is conveniently located. The living room and bedroom furniture is comfortable and the overall feeling is peaceful and inviting. We didn't really hear any noise from the other units. One thing that we really enjoyed was walking around the lake that is just about 200 yards out the front door (around the side of the units directly in front). There is a paved trail that goes all the way around the lake, with a beautiful boardwalk and dock that puts you out on the water. We could see trout swimming around the dock. There is a playground by the trail as well, and a very nice, sturdy bench swing that is smooth and can seat four adults comfortably. The view from the lake of the mountains is amazing. The Aspen trees were in full golden array during our stay. There is also the Eagle River Greenway Trail within walking distance, which we walked and thought pretty as well. As for convenience, City Market (a large grocery store), is just a few blocks away, and there is every kind of convenience and Starbucks similarly close. There is a Super Walmart (the biggest we ever saw) about 10 minutes away toward Vail. There is a Costco about thirty minutes away in the other direction, just past Eagle. We would highly recommend this place for anyone heading to Avon/Vail Area, Colorado. We will certainly look to go here again next time. The only thing that we found challenging was deciphering where the unit was when we got there, especially since we arrived after dark. The unit numbers are posted vertically and in a slightly confusing (jumbled) manner. This unit is in the middle of the building on the lowest floor... The front door is actually the one to the left of another front door, and set back about eight feet, so at first it didn't look or feel like a front door. Once you're in, you're in, and no more worries!
