Our cozy, three level, 2,000 square-foot townhome, features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and is located in Avon just 2 minutes away from the world-class Beaver Creek resort. The location allows easy access to downtown Avon and Nottingham Lake. Our home features all of the comforts you're accustomed to, including granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors throughout, a gas fireplace in the main living space, and a soaker jet tub in the master bath.
Home is situated in a quiet neighborhood with great views of the surrounding landscapes, and unmatched access to the Eagle River which includes private fly fishing rights. It also features a community fire pit located adjacent to the river in a tranquil, park-like setting. Access to the outdoor amenities, the interior of our home will not disappoint!
It is located about 1/8 mile east of Avon Road on Highway 6. It's tucked off the main road, and it provides convenient access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, bakeries and coffee shops, skiing, and biking. You are literally minutes from everything Avon/Beaver Creek has to offer. Our home has great access to public transportation and other alternative modes of transportation as the bus stop and bike path are just steps away from our home. There's easy access to Beaver Creek Ski Resort without paying resort prices. The Gondola which provides access from Avon to the Beaver Creek Ski Resort and other lifts is located a mere 1/2 mile west of the home. The 'Bear' parking lot is only blocks away from the Highway 6 turn off, which provides regular shuttle service to Beaver Creek Ski Resort.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
