This house is located on a large canal-front lot and is only two houses from the sound front. The ground level has an outside shower, large drive and grassy yard. The first floor has four bedrooms, two full baths, a laundry area, and outside decking. The second story has a large living area, comfortable furnishings, and great views from a large deck. The well-equipped kitchen can serve hungry guests at the breakfast bar, dining area, or on the upper deck. A nice main bedroom and full bath round out the second floor. The outside sundecks provide perfect southern exposure with the second-floor deck supporting a bubbly hot tub on the screened porch. Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather.
