Alloway is known as being one of the most desirable locations for those looking to move to Ayr, with wonderful schools, parks and transport links. You can rest assured that if you’re looking to bring your family, you won’t find a better spot to base yourself.

The Space:
This modern, spacious and contemporary property makes it the perfect environment for a much-needed break away with family and friends.

Guest Access:
Our guests have access to the full property during their stay. including use of the driveway and private back garden. No access to the garage at the side of the property.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a quiet residential area and we respectfully ask that noise is kept to a minimum out of respect for our neighbours.

Getting Around:
Located in the popular area of Alloway in Ayr, nestled within a quiet residential street it is perfect for getting away from your hectic lives back home. Only an 8 minute car journey to the award winning Ayr beach front with plenty of parking and if you have the family with you, why not head along to heads of Ayr farm park which is a 10 minute car journey from the property. If you are looking to venture into the town centre you can take a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which will take you straight into the centre. The bus route is one of the main routes into Ayr where you will find a range of shops, bars, restaurants and of course the nearby beach!
