It has a queen-size sofa bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and TV with antenna. The kitchen-dining room is equipped with a fridge, a two-burner gas stove & sink. You will also find utensils for cooking. At the back of the house is the bathroom, which consists of a toilet, sink and a rain shower with hot water.
There are two terraces, one at the bottom and one at the top, accessible by a staircase, with chairs, table, loungers, and umbrella, as well as a sound system with 6 speakers.
