Dear travelers reading this review,The guest booked a junior suite for two people, but four of them (2 adults 2 children) arrived. I tried to explain to him that you also have to mention children when booking, that the maid knows that the room should be prepared for four people. It is not the receptionist's job to prepare the beds in the evening.Second, the extra people cost an extra charge. The guest was very upset about this and didn't want to pay the extra charge. It was also confirmed by Expedia that he would have to pay an extra charge. The next morning he left without paying for the children, hoping that he would get back the money he had paid to Expedia. But it didn't work.If you are wrong, it is better to admit your mistake and resolve the conflict peacefully.A southern temperament is only harmful in such cases.Good Trip,Karl Eisinger
