The room was nice, clean but small. The coffee was nice to have in the room. The location was great for everything. David at reception was especially welcoming.

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Leider alles etwas sehr dunktel, aber schön. Beim Checkinn wird auf die 15 Uhr verwiesen, auch wenn es bereits 14:55 Uhr ist.... nicht so schön.....

Il a fallu demandé 3 fois a la réception pour faire le ménage changé les draps et serviettes qui on été changé seulement au bout de trois jours inadmissibles piur cette hôtel et sont prix la même chose pour un parking a 25€ par jour on vous donne une place qui nest pas respecté je demande donc une indemnité de mon séjour en espérant avoir une réponse de votre part salutations jp Fischer

Parking de l hôtel non disponible à l’arrivée dans l’après midi. Chambre qui donne sur l’entrée de l’hôtel au 1er étage et on sent le goût du tabac qui rentre dans la chambre. L’espace fumeur étant au rdc, en bas de la chambre. Pas de frigo dans la chambre. Impossible d’allumer la climatisation. Hôtel bien situé à côté des thermes.
