Dear guest, thank you for your review and your stay. Although we regret to hear, that we could not meet your expectations in regards to the room temperature. It was a particularly hot period you stayed and as these kind of high degrees are rather unusal in Switzerland, our rooms as in most other hotels, are not equipped with air conditioning. May we recommed our sister property Trafo Hotel just opposite, where all rooms are fittet with AC. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Baden.
