The hotel is near perfect. A sophisticated yet cosy environment, discreetly attentive and pro-actively helpful staff, great location mid -village and a lot of special touches. High up on the 5 star grade. No grandeur, just unobtrusive and contant tasteful cosseting.

Não tive a melhor experiência porque o hotel cobra itens injustos o tempo todo. A conta do restaurante tinha cobranças além do consumido, fizemos um jantar de degustação e vinhos não solicitados foram cobrados. Não gostamos desta atitude e ademais a equipe do hotel não faz nada além do essencial para tornar a experiência do hóspede especial.

Самое приятное впечатление-это люди!!! Команда отеля-просто потрясающая, готовы откликнуться мгновенно и с душой на любую просьбу. Так же просто потрясающий спа с очень уютным бассейном и фантастической био-сауной с видом на лес и горы. Завтраки роскошые, разнообразные и очень вкусные. Природа вокуг завораживающая, городок очень маленький, но уютный.В холле много всяких вкусностей комплиментарно втечении дня: печенье, вкуснейший шоколад, глазированные каштаны и апельсины. Много разных приятных мелочей в отеле, которые делают отдых незабываемым.

Hotel con classe dove il cliente si sente unico e coccolato. Tanti piccoli particolari e attenzioni che mettono a proprio agio. La colazione è il personale sono il punto forte. La prima è buona, sana di qualità e con una varietà raramente incontrata. Le persone sono silenziosamente presenti pronte ad esaudire ogni richiesta, anche quelle semplicemente pensate.
