Piscine fraîche . Vestiaire pas très propre , et plus d’eau chaude douche piscine. Cependant je suis satisfait du reste de mon séjour

Bonjour, Je suis navrée que vous n'ayez pas apprécié l'espace piscine. La température de l'eau du bassin est à 28°, nous sommes tenus de maintenir cette température conformément aux normes en vigueur. L'eau chaude de la douche est fournie par un chauffe-eau qui a du être probablement vidé, il nécessite alors un certain temps de chauffe. Enfin, nous attachons une grande importance à la propreté des vestiaires qui sont nettoyés et désinfectés chaque matin. Compte tenu de la haute fréquentation à cette période de l'année, ceux-ci ne paraissent pas aussi propre en fin d'après-midi. J'espère que vous avez apprécié le confort des appartements et la vallée de Luchon. Nous espérons vous revoir pour un prochain séjour. Cordialement

Le plus de cette résidence est la proximité à pied du centre ville et également son Complexe aquatique ( piscine, jacuzzi, sauna et hammam)
