Wonderful restored riverside Villa, with large gardens and swimming pool. This newly finished Villa has been totally restructured and is set in a magnificent position overlooking the River with private parking and easy access to the town of Fornoli. The Villa comprises 9 bedrooms split into 3+3+2+1 double bedrooms on each level with 7 bathrooms, 4 kitchens with dining areas and large sitting room in each area. There is also a large Communal Dining area on the ground floor and a fully equipped Kitchen for guests to get together and eat. It overlooks the River Lima and is ideal for families or a large group of people who wish to spend time together for a Special Occasion. There is full access to the garden, pool and Barbecue with lots of outdoor furniture and covered eating areas, there is ample Parking available on site and there is shopping and eating facilities nearby (less than 10 minutes walk) in Fornoli across the bridge. A truly amazing space to meet up with freinds, family or colleagues.

Great house.
We had a great holiday at the house. Nice wlcoming from Paul. Swimming pool amazing. Short walk to town. Overall a great place to stay. Thanks from Iceland :)

Palazzo - perfect for La Grande Familia
The host welcomed us warmly when we arrived by taxi. We were 17 persons spending a week in this fine and clean villa. Breakfast in the big kitchen on the ground floor. Some of us had our own breakfast inside. The garden was still a bit cold in the morning. The pool and the good surroundings in the garden were perfect during the day. The first floor took one family with two kids plus grandparents, having a sofa for social "hang around", own kitchen and direct entrance from the street (we kept it locked mostely). The second floor had one family of five all together, sofa and kitchen. Third floor one family of four plus one daugther with her son. Each of them having their own kitchen. Everything in the house worked perfect, the kitchens were well equipped. The pleasant sound from the river, the ringing church bells, the sunny weather made it all together a very good stay. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and the railway station Bagni di Lucca. We made trips to Lucca, Castelnuovo di Garfagnana and Pisa. I can really recommend a week in this Palazzo! Karin

Das Haus bietet wunderschöne, grosszügige Räume, genügend Platz auch bei voller Belegung, eine funktionelle Küche, und einen tollen Pool und Aussensitzplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gelateria und Bahnhof (direkte Verbindungen nach Lucca und Pisa, oder rund 2h nach Florenz) in Gehdistanz. Super Gastgeber, unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Ideal villa for a big group
Lovely town, beautiful surroundings. some good restaurants up road in Bagni di Lucca. (road can be quite busy when going by foot) Easy access to Pisa and Lucca by train. Excellent local supermarket and local bars, Lovely villa, clean, great terrace with well kept plants and pool. Warm welcome with plenty of local advice. The self contained flats work well for peace and quite or entertaining. Everything you need. Relaxing river view.

Heerlijk verblijf!
Een gezellige privéwoning bestaande uit vier verschillende appartementen met daarin ruime slaapkamers, een woonkamer en een keuken. Beneden nog een gezamenlijke keuken. Een fijn zwembad met voldoende ligbedden en voldoende tafels en stoelen. Ook nog een trampoline en een tafeltennistafel. Verder stond er ook een bbq voor ons klaar. Fijne aan deze woning is dat er voldoende mogelijkheid is om ook even de rust op te zoeken in je appartement. Goed, snel en duidelijk contact gehad met Paul!

Parfait! Le gerant est agréable, reactif, comprehensif et aidant ( merci pour tout M. Gerrard ). Nous avons loué toute la maison. Les appartements sont grands et fonctionnels. La maison est calme. Les appartements sont bien équipés. La piscine, peu profonde, est un lieu de détente et de jeu. Ses jeux de lumières la nuit ont été très appréciés par les enfants et les parents. Nous reviendrons !
