Nice central location in central Baia Mare. Easy free local parking. Good value. No contact check in and out. No drinking glasses in the room. Could not get aircon to work and no instructions so felt stuffy after a humid day. Not much to the town or local restaurants.

Very nice renovation of the building, cozy apartment, secure but easy access Excellent host Usually able to find a parking space, but it is very busy area with lots of traffic, specially during the day and evenings due to restaurants Still, the apartment is worth the stay
