They took the breakfast area that they use to have. I have stayed here many times and this was the first time i came bavk to the renovation and didn’t like that they took their breakfast out and only gave bagels and yogurt and orange juice. I was very looking foward to the omlets, potatoes, waffles, delicious oatmeals, etc that they use to have. I am now going to think before booking here

Staff lacks of customer service skills. I asked at check in for a dental kit and was told that whatever I see for sale was all there was and proceeded to dismiss me. Really rude if you ask me. What hotel doesn’t have dental kits?

Breakfast was underwhelming. Nothing but a mediocre bagel and a small container of artificially sweetened yogurt. Even the cream for coffee or tea was a processed and flavored product. Sigh!
