They should have friendly staff with the guests. They told us in a very rude way that we could only use one hotel luggage cart. This happened on the last day in the parking lot when we were clearly loading our luggage into the cars, they pressured us to vacate the carts quickly. It should be noted that we booked two double rooms for a week and we were 4 people. Both luggage carts were full of all our belongings. The included breakfast is a joke. The only waffle maker they had was broken.

Needs a little remodeling. Should serve different breakfast each day. It is very close to a lot of food spots and by gas stations. By freeway too.

We noticed a bullet hole on the window glass. The bedding had small pillows. We thought they were just decorative pillows. So we decided to ask and they confirmed those were all they had. Not only were they small; but extremely uncomfortable.

First do to emergency I tried to cancel and they refused to let me! Second I specifically called and asked if they had a spa they Never said it would be closed during the day so I chose it for spa and then couldn't use it !! Clean it during closed hours Not open so that was a waste of a stay! Dirt room. Loud traffic and floors . Not comfy bed or pillows . Bathroom wasn't cleaned Gross. They should have refunded me from start Awful

The best part about this hotel was the lady who checked me in. She was really nice and helpful. Can’t remember her name but she was dressed up for Halloween in a clown outfit with face painted. Hotel itself was outdated and room was very outdated/old. A lot of damage from just time to the room. Not terrible but not great.

I wouldn’t stay again.
Property is in need of updating and remodeling. Bathroom floor, sink, and tub had hair lying in them leaving us with a terrible feeling of uncleanliness and the AC unit was old and noisy. We were kindly offered a cleaner room with a much quieter AC unit. The beds were comfortable; the employees friendly; but I wouldn’t stay there again.
