Crystal Clear Cottage - Hosted by Simple Lyfe Stays

Enjoy crystal clear waters, amazing fishing, kayaking, row boat, swimming, and relaxing at this one of a kind cottage on Government Lake. Conveniently located just outside of Baldwin, this location is hard to match. ORV trails are just down the road as is the world-famous Jones Ice Cream parlor. Grill with friends, relax around the fire or explore the miles of rivers and streams.

The main bedroom is only accessible from the outside of the cottage. There is no door into the main living area from this bedroom.
No parties allowed. Please be mindful of the neighbors. Only registered overnight guests allowed.

Dog fee is $75 with a maximum of 2 dogs.

Please note that you will be sent our rental agreement once you book your stay.

Cozy with Gorgeous Views
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The property managers are EXCEPTIONAL! The owners are fortunate to have such great caretakers of their rental property. We'd not hesitate to consider this property again in the future and highly recommend it to others visiting the area.

Great stay. Property is exactly as listed. Small mix-up at check in time that was immediately resolved by host. The lake is quiet and we made excellent use of the kayaks/rowboat. Would definitely return.

Family vacation
What a beautiful lake and so peaceful. If your looking for a fun little get away this is it. The place was just adorable and the view was amazing. Kayaking, fishing and a beach area you can kayak to right across the way for swimming or me and my family played around with the volleyball. We ended our nights with a fire and enjoying the beautiful view.

Small but sweet
Nice clean place perfect for me & Mondo my dog the lake was a bit low or the pier needs to go out farther plan on getting wet if you want get the boat in the water & you will get a good work out bringing the wood down to the campfire when all said & done the price was right on this clean little cottage.
