A estadia foi muito boa, o atendimento foi otimo e todos os serviços prestados foram de qualidade com resolutivida rapida para situações especificas. O check-out foi super rapido e sem complicações, NO ENTANTO UMA COISA QUE ME INCOMODOU FOI A FALTA DE FLEXIBILIDADE NO CHECK-IN, pois chegamos de uma viagem longa, cansados mas com uma certa antecedência dai fomos para o hotel pra poder yomar im banho e so depois almoçar, dai na recepcao fomos informados que teriamos que aguardar ate a hora do CHECK-IN, algo que muitos outros hoteis permitem ate mesmo porque no nosso caso o check-out foi feito muito antes do horario limite.
