Welcome to two beautiful, one is a totally renovated single family home and one is a brand new home built in 2024, both are in a quiet private neighborhood. Close to everything, about 10 minutes to Baltimore Washington International Airport, Marc Train, about 13 minutes to Ft McHenry, Harborplace Mall, about 20 minutes to The Inner Harbor, The malls of Columbia, Towson and Arundel Mills, about 30 minutes to John Hopkins University, Naval Academy, etc.

THERE WILL BE A SECURITY HOLD (NOT A DEPOSIT JUST A HOLD) THAT WILL BE RELEASED 3 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT.

You have access to the both houses except owner's closets, ample street parking. Door code is available at check in. The deck at the rear of both houses ares nice for morning coffee. The yard is nice for kids or ball playing.

Dear Guest - Full disclosure - because we are often asked for extra guest, we are building a house next door. We are mindful of quiet times but during the day the noise decibels maybe unavoidable. Thanks for understanding.
