We went to a concert at CFG arena and the hotel was super convenient. We were able to check in online using the app the night before and our room was ready when we arrived at 2 pm. That was fantastic! I appreciated the easy parking at the garage colocated with the hotel. I also liked that a key card was required to access the hallway where our room was located. I forgot toothpaste and the concierge/front desk had little packets that worked great. Only slight disappointment was that the hotel’s pizza place said it was open to 11 on Fridays but had a “closed” sign at 10:40 and the workers were cleaning everything. I know people want to go home but my expectation is that they serve until 11 and then clean up close at/after 11. That would be helpful to people wanting a bite to eat after a concert. Only other small thing was the shower drain was really slow but otherwise the bathroom was spacious and the shower heat/strength/amenities were very good. I would stay here again. (It also was an easy 12 minute walk to the Inner Harbor waterfront.)

This is the first time since Covid that I have stayed at a hotel that was adequately staffed. The restaurant and bar were great. Food was excellent and service was better. Sabrina makes the best crabcakes ever and service from Sheree, Aprell and Geo was outstanding. They made me feel like I was visiting friends

At one point I was working out in Fitness Center with approximately 4-5 others in the center. there was no water as the 5-gallon jug was empty. I called and someone said they would have someone bring another jug, but it never arrived. I was there for another 40-45 minutes.

Pictured ellipticals on website were not there. Furniture was shabby. Room was very small. Few electrical outlets and very inconveniently located. Worst of 15 Marriotts I have been in over the last few years. Tiny restaurant with small menu.
