Celebrated a non milestone birthday with a friend. The suite was spacious and tastfully decorated and furnished. Staff was friendly and resourceful. All around good experience

One elevator don’t work and the other one sounds like it will broke down anytime. Breakfast without ketchup, we asked for it, they said no ketchup today. Room was ok. I guess for the price you pay, you should expect any kind of stuff like those but Best Western normally are in better condition.

Great stay for a weekend away! We arrived Friday night and had a quick check in. The breakfast was great! Hot with lots of options! The family liked the indoor pool! Easy to get to from all our trips.

I dont like to give reviews in general, but I thought this may be important for the owners to know. I am not sure, but the room that I stayed in (219) likely had mold. It is not visible on the wall because of the nice paint, but I could smell some foul odor in my room, which I think is 'moldy' based on past experience. I was only there for two days and was very busy the whole time, so I could manage to sleep there at night. My assessment of the situation may be because the bathroom did not have a visible vent that could take out the moisture. I will suggest that before it becomes a problem for someone who may be reactive, they should try and make sure that those rooms are safe from mold. Nothing personal - the service, the convenience of the building, everything else was excellent!

The property is older and in need of a little facelift. Bed was super comfy and room was clean. Shower was amazing (great water pressure and shower head). Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied in the shower. Free airport shuttle driver Robert was very nice and helpful. Full breakfast with coffee, espresso, scrambled eggs, bacon one day and sausage the next, orange juice wasn’t great but apple and cranberry juice was good. There were also hard boiled eggs, yogurt, apples, oranges, bagels, pastries and cereal. The elevator floor was dirty, just needs a quick vacuum and mop. Ate at The Stained Glass Pub across the parking lot twice, it was really tasty with good prices. Stayed 2 nights before our cruise. We didn’t like that there aren’t any stores or fast food close. Did walk to Wendy’s, which was 0.6 mile walk.

The area was fine for the most part, breakfast was okay, and the staff was nice. We’re not from out of town, and just needed a place to relax and unwind. We chose the hotel because I love the restaurant that sits across from it. The hotel floor and room, level 3 to be exact, smelled like mildew, and mouse turds were visible in the bathroom upon check in. The sheets and pillowcases appeared to have mildew and yellowish stains on them, so we just didn’t lay on those. They told us the hotel was fully booked when we checked in, so there was no reason to ask for another room. Instead we sprayed Lysol everywhere and lit scented candles to minimize the smell, being as though we didn’t plan on leaving in and out.

Old rundown hotel with minimal customer service
The first room I stayed in has an old mattress with giant stains on it, I wouldn't wish anyone to sleep on it. When I called the reception about it, I was told they couldn't do anything about it so although I paid for the night, I couldnt sleep on the bed on the first night. Then I decided to check out the following day but the staff I spoke to in the morning was able to change the room. However, the second room has the fridge and the microwave connected together so there was a horrible loud noise coming from the fridge. I reported this to the reception who sent maintenance to check it out but Maintenance decided to unplug the fridge even though I needed it for the duration of my stay. So I reported it to the reception who was going to move me to another room. Since I was tired from my travel and a sleepless night from the previous day, I decided to stay in the room. So I endured the noise from the fridge by the time I needed to use it. Also, when you open the curtains to look outside, there is a giant bird poo smashed across the window lintels, its really an eye sore. My experience could have been better with a better customer service. The guy at the reception told me the staff from my first night told him about the stain on the bed but he didn’t do anything about it and didn’t contact my room to follow up on the issue until I turned up the following day to check out. Secondly, the hotel deep clean old stained discoloured mattresses if they can't replace them.
