I gave it 4 stars because of the value at that location. The room was ok and the bed was comfortable. There was an air vent that constantly was blowing on me in bed, however the room would never get cooler than 75 even though the thermostat was set on 70. The associates at the front desk were more concerned with socializing with each other than being attentive to the customers. The time and rules around access to the lobby seemed inconsistent. Sometimes the doors were open, sometimes you had to be buzzed in. Sometimes visitors could come right in and sometimes you had to be called to let them up.

Not a good night sleep
Everything was fine but there was not a darkening curtain. The street light remained bright in the window all night. Very hard to sleep. Also there was loud talking from people on the street until 1:30am. The manager gave us 25% to ease our problems.

I liked that the parking was close but there was a difference in what I paid vs what was advertised. The reason I rated it as a 3 star is because the ac was incredibly loud and the shower was not the cleanest
