It was raining when we checked in. Hotel lobby doorwas flooding and they put towels on the floor to stop it. Air condition is so loud and we had to move to another room. Room was terrible; paints fall off everywhere. One elevator is not working. Couldn't wait to check out. Never going back again.

One of the worst hotel stays i have ever had. We were afraid to leave our room. we had requested a handicap accessible room and was told via Expedia it was available. It was not. My poor daughter had to struggle to get me in and out of the bathroom as I am unable to walk on my own. Shower was so dirty even if I could have taken one I would have been afraid to. My daughter certainly was. I was wondering what drug dealer was going to walk in next with the description of some guy he said was his uncle. Luckily that front desk employee didn't give him info. Everything was run down and falling apart. The ice machine wasn't even clean and I would be afraid to test what organisms could be found in it. You get what you pay for but we may have been better off at Motel 6. NEVER AGAIN !

If you ever get the chance to stay here, don't. We spoke with a member of the staff who started the conversation with asking us how bad the room was! We weren't even complaining, that's just the first thing they said! The website said there was room service, but there is not. It also said breakfast was at 6 but it didn't start until 7:00AM. We were already gone by then. We call that lipstick on a pig. It was a very tired motel that they tried to cover with paint. The airport shuttle was nice.

The overall property was dirty everywhere. Coffee spill in the lobby stayed for at least 8 hours without anyone cleaning it. Our room smelled and had stains all over the towels, walls, beds, and sheets. The hot water had air in it and spit out brown. The front desk help never smiled and just seemed incredibly annoyed. Stay elsewhere!

3 star hotel gave me a 1 star service
The hotel was clean but needs a deep cleaning for dust. Also needs to be exterminated for bugs. They did not clean my room . I was there two nights. When I inquired about it I was asked did I request it and some other nonsense. No apology or taking ownership of this issue.

The smell in the lobby upon entering gave damp basement , floors were clearly unclean, hair in the tub with wet falls on side of tub, bed extremely uncomfortable (wire mattress) the place needs a complete over haul, very misleading from the pics on the website . Will not “EVER” stay here again nor will I recommend this hotel.

Could've been better
Stayed overnight for a flight out of BWI the next morning. Multiple towels had many stains on them and so did the fitted sheet on the bed. The A/C was set very cold but did not seem to get that cold
