We loved our room. It was clean, very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the woman was very nice. And to get warm cookies upon checking in was a bonus ! The breakfast was very good too, including the coffee. I would have liked a room that faced the outside and not the interior of the foyer below and I should have requested a room closer to the ground. My fault as I’m sure they would have accommodated my request to move rooms since they texted me once I got into the room, which I appreciated. It ended up being totally fine though. I will be back to this hotel for future concerts !

Lovely place to stay!
It was lovely, very quiet and great service and very nice room. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the daily cookies were a very nice treat! A nice convenient location.

Stay fine; check in was bad
The stay was just fine - check in was a bit of a dumpster fire. They had clearly overbooke / at capacity and when we arrived at 5PM we were told "they had to check to see if there were any king rooms ready" - mind you check in starts at 3PM. We were told a 5-10 minute wait but it was closer to 25 minutes before we had room keys. Upon entering our room it was clear it was already alotted to another guest... People were in there. Had to then go back downstairs and wait for another room (which was only about 5 more minutes, but still). The staff were apologetic and we did get complimentary breakfast as a small token of apology... But it felt like mismanagement in the moment.
