This is such a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo town house with so much to offer and everything at your finger tips. Our home easily sleeps 8 people. It is recently repainted and like new. There are 2 community pools, lots of great paths and walking in friendly beautiful neighborhood. You can walk to shopping center for Starbucks, pizza, or Chinese food just minutes from the house. You can do amazing sightseeing all just minutes from the house including going to Balitmore museums, Aquarium, Annapolis, Washington DC, and Philadelphia!! So much to do with a perfect location. There are strictly enforced quiet hours that must be abided by 9:30pm each evening. There is open parking in front of property and a assigned single spot in the back of property 5941-1. The back entrance is the side gate into patio and back door. The mud room closet and garage are only areas that are not available.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Timbers at Troy Golf Course. The holiday home includes amenities such as a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms.

Beautiful neighborhood and gracious host
We had a great stay. The neighborhood is extremely convenient and so nice. You feel tucked away but still accessible to everything you need. The house is well maintained and Erana is very gracious. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this location!

Great Location for DC Baltimore Metro
The location is great and the host was great. The condo is two stories and very roomy and plenty of space for several people to stay comfortably. I do feel the amenities need some TLC the sheets were a little short on the master bed and the comforter had small tears in it. So if those small details are what kept it from be 5 stars. The neighborhood is very quiet so if you want a great location to be between DC and Baltimore this is it.

Great deal, big space, a bit rough around the edges
This property was large and a very good price, as it is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of easy walking, nearby shopping and eateries, etc. However it is a new rental and still has many personal items in it, so not all spaces are available (for example, dressers, closets, cabinets may have items already in them). If this doesn't bother you, it is an excellent deal for the price, a ton of space, and a great area!
