I had to stay here three times. Each time it was worse. Rooms are very damp. We had to run the AC as it was hot outside / inside. AC produces damp cold air. Towels would not dry. It was do damp my medication began sticking to my pill box. I ended up getting sick as my asthma was severely aggravated. HVAC in the third floor hallway doesn’t work either. Bad behavior also lives here. Doors banging, loud guests that don’t respect that it’s after hours and people want to sleep, seem to gravitate to this place. We had to call the reception desk numerous times to have this addressed. The carpet in all three rooms I stayed in was very dirty. Clean white socks were grey in the bottoms from walking in the room almost immediately.

The property was hidden a bit behind a winding entrance off of the highway. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean but some of the features such as the automatic blinds were not operable. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed at this property solely for the indoor pool with two children and woke to the pool closed for maintenance conveniently until our check out time so we asked for a late check out an extra hour just because the kids were in bathing suits excited and wanted to get in and were told no they could not do a late check out so they did not accommodate us at all for the inconvenience. We had black dresses and the sofa in the room got pet hair all over our clothes which means they aren’t cleaning the sofas correctly for a hotel that allows animals. For these reasons we will not be staying here again in the future.
