It was a very nice hotel with enough space for my two grown kids and three grandkids. I liked having the mini kitchen space.

My stay at this hotel started off on the wrong foot. When I arrived I was advised my room selection had been changed from double bed to king. I was in town for my goddaughter homecoming weekend with my special needs adult son who doesn’t have any mobility and blind. I needed the double bed with pull out sofa for myself and son as well as my sister who was there to assist me. The hotel mgr offered me a room at a sister hotel but that would have been to much for me to transport my son who is 6’5 especially when the rest of my family was at this hotel who assist me. She finally found a room for us and apologized for the mix up. So I thought we was good until we later discovered when trying to use the sofa bed that is was broken. Call down to the front desk to advise and the lady at the desk( African American) came up look at it and stated yes it’s broken and walk out. No sorry for the inconvenience the attitude and no empathy wasn’t surprising. This was a lot to deal with for a weekend getaway for a good time turn out to be a lot of work for me. We had to struggle to put my son in the bed as we couldn’t use his hoyer as the beds in hotels are closed off underneath which is why we wanted the sofa bed. It took our village to get him in and out the bed each day because of this. Upon checking our on Sun I brought this up to the MGR and she did comp our stay. Aside from the MGR the workers aren’t very friendly and accommodating.

Not children of family friendly.
I booked this hotel stay for me and three other family members and their families. When i booked the rooms it ask for number of adults and number of children. So i was under the impression they were family friendly. The second night proved this statement very wrong. My grandchildren were in my daughters room visiting her and being typical kids, wrestling around with each other and running in her room. Well the check in person came to her room and very rudely said to her that they have a noise curfew and they give no warnings and then left. This gave me the impression they do not like children here at this hotel and not family friendly. If you have children this is not a hotel you want to stay in.

My room was dirty upon check in. There was trash. When i called to report it staff was rude and stated well the cleaning staff is gone for the day. When i went down to the front desk i was given a garbage bag and told to bag the trask and leave it outside the door. The hotel is nice and in convenient area

The room was not clean to my standards coffee stains on the wall , blood on the wall by the bed computer table and tables by the beds were dirty stains on on the pillow cases and sheets. I just sprayed everything down in the room with Lysol air-condition smell like urine , I t was a smell of pork meat in the room .

Had potential. Unfortunately the type of guests that are there , can be loud, obnoxious, rowdy, and rude. There were childrens parties all weekend and the children behaved terrible. Causing trouble for other guests. The dogs soiled the carpets. Smells like urine and animals in the rooms. Bathrooms don't work. Just not cleaned properly.

Great Stay!!!
This is my 3rd or 4th stay here & each time has been perfect. The location is close to shopping areas; the rooms are always clean & the staff is always friendly. Wonderful, inexpensive place for quick stays.
