Have stayed at this property many times while visiting friends and the Inner Harbor. Unfortunately, on our most recent visit we encountered a very rude and discourteous check in clerk. When I requested the manager, she told me it was she. The rest of the staff where extremely helpful and easy going. Perhaps the manager was having a bad day, so I wouldn't want to state her name here. But customer service and basic courtesy and just basic kindness is not her forte. The facility would be better off if she stayed behind the scene.and let the staff do what they do well.
