At first glance this hotel appears decent; however the staff (the few I did see) was inattentive and dismissive. From the first interaction I was ready to leave. The man at the desk made me wait because he was cold. Then the keys didn’t work to get in. The elevator was impossibly slow and the door only opened half way and one of the buttons was broken. After the first attempt my daughter and I took the stairs. The room seemed clean but unfortunately there were roaches. Initially I saw one but the next morning they were everywhere. I was there from 5pm to 7am and saw quite a few of them and they were large. Not that I wanted to eat breakfast there after the roaches but the “continental” break was minimal to say the least - old cereal, waxy and moldy apples, expired yogurt, and hard bagels and bread. Can’t speak for the pan of eggs and whatever meat there was. The juice dispenser was broken. Then when I was trying to check out and voice my concerns I was dismissed by the hooded young man sitting at the front desk. Needless to say, despite the convenience of the location, I’d NEVER stay here again and don’t recommend anyone else to do so either.

Bed sheets had stains, the shower had broken tiles, the room smelled upon arrival, and the elevator had a slow-working door and a broken button light. Considering I paid close to $200 for my 2-night stay, it seemed unacceptable to have these things not be of quality. Not to mention there was a large dog roaming near the first-floor elevator without an owner or leash, and at night you could hear doors being slammed and running in the hallway.

Worst stay ever
The elevator door: Let’s just say it wasn’t fully working because it would open and close half the way and required brute force to fully open and close it. The room: We killed a couple of stink bugs and a roach before leaving for our event. Upon on our return, we found more stink bugs in our room. The front desk agent said no more rooms were available because they were fully booked and offered no remedy to the situation. The temperature in the room couldn’t be adjusted because the air conditioner was broken and it couldn’t be turned off, so the room was cold all the time. The next morning, we discovered that the window had been left open and it had a giant tear in the screen. The breakfast: If bread is your love language, then you’ll enjoy their offerings: toast, bagels, and waffles. In addition, there was yogurt, oranges, oatmeal, cereal, and hard-boiled eggs to get your day off to a terrific carb-loaded start. To wet your whistle, there was coffee and hot tea available. The coffee urns and station were dirty and after fixing some coffee, I overheard another guest complain that the tea water was discolored. Needless to say, I didn’t drink the coffee.

I didn't like anything about it from the check in where my reservation was messed up to the room being dirty(bed sheets dirty and stained and food left in the refrigerator from the previous customer).the hallway smells of Marijuana the ellavator door doesn't open completely and the lady at the front desk is rude.

Needs maintenance. First room they gave us shower is broken and had empty shampoo and body wash containers. Move us to a different room and it took a long time for hot water to come out. Side outside door is broken that you can't come back in. Hallway and stairs smell like pee. Elevator does not open all the way. Vending machine is empty and ice machine is out of order. I wish I'm making these up but sadly I'm not.

Awful hotel and can’t get hotels.com to react
It was awful, we left after 30 minutes. The room was disgusting and had roaches crawling around. I have tried to chat with Hotels.com about this but it keeps dropping. This needs to be refunded, the hotel already cancelled the payment but not sure that has cancelled it though Hotels.co please put a phone number to call in the app, your chat doesn’t work.
