Manager great, hotel is scary!!, hotels.com failed
The lobby desk is behind bullet proof glass, there were numerous sketchy people just hanging around the balcony watching us. The room smelled like stale smoke. I did not feel comfortable or safe for my family, our belongings or our car to be at this hotel even 1 night. I immediately went back down to the lobby and told the nice manager just that. She completely understood and then cancelled my reservation and told me to have hotels.com to contact her for refund. HOTELS.COM has said they tried to reach them multiple times but couldnt get through and now i will lose the money for the 1 night stay. You mean to tell me hotels.com cant get in touch with one of the hotels they promote on their website?? RIDICULOUS. This hotel is so bad i wouldn't have stayed either way, but to add insult to injury, now Hotels.com is coming up lame. I guess ill have to think twice before going thru a 3rd party system moving forward. Not happy with this transaction!

The properties overall appearance was not good, it didn't look anything like the pictures online and was not very clean but the staff was very accommodating so it made the experience tolerable.

Cigarette burns in bed blankets, overall poorly maintained room, random holes and screws sticking out in some spots, smelled like smoke. It wasn’t too expensive so I guess it was worth it. There were other hotels for $70-90 and this one was about $130 and I was hoping that being in the middle of the road price it would’ve been better than how it was.

I booked the room online because my AC system was not working. The room was fairly cheap compared to others in my zip code. Upon arrival, the front desk person was nice. After receiving the key to my room, I drove around the building and noticed alot of old commercial vehicles parked sideways, taking up most of the parking spots. After finding my room, i walked inside and noticed an old foul smell coming from the room. The room was filled with flies and other small bugs. Instead of going back to get another room, i opened up the front door and chased the bugs out. The room was barely clean, but the sheets didnt look that clean. I slept on a towel I brought from home and fully dressed. I was very disappointed at this Hotel considering its located in my own upscale community of Timonium Md. I will not stay here again in the near future. Also the Marijuana smell from outside was horrible.....
