This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with high-ceilinged rooms and an incredibly lavish elevator. Valet parking was extremely helpful. All the staff were kind, and the room was just as plush and comfortable as could be. Great value for a little bit of luxury out on the road. Would stay again!

This hotel was an unexpected gem in a slightly sketchy neighborhood. The decor was gorgeous and the room was very pleasant. The self-service laundromat in the basement was an added bonus.

Our room was on the 1st floor. With the room next to ours and the outside noise made it hard to sleep. We were down the hall from the breakfast area that was quite noisy in the morning. The bed was comfortable but the pillows had a musty/dirty smell. Not the greatest experience for our first trip to Baltimore.

The room was clean and big and everything in place. The breakfast was good enough. The location, one block going away from the water, a few strips clubs so seedy characters I’m sure but in general, very walkable area during the day and they have security at the doors at night (and some stayed locked so that was good) I personally did not go out after sunset but was able to entertain myself with the tv selection, kept beverages cold in the fridge and popcorn in the microwave.

Personal amable, cordial y empático. Especialmente Claudia quien envío un mensaje de texto de bienvenida minutos antes del check-in y contesto algunas preguntas. La habitación estuvo limpia y con todo lo que se ofreció al momento de hacer la reservación. De verdad que recomiendo este hotel. Es la primera vez que no tengo ninguna queja de un hotel.
