Didn't know what to expect before my arrival, so I came for only a short time.. so big mistake! Resort itself is beautiful! Access to the sea from every side of the island.. beaches are stunning, water super clear. Rooms are big enough and food is also great.. staff simply amazing. Honestly says, Bandos is a true paradise Island!!

Non of the surroundings were cleaned up of old leaves or fallen coconut branches! Dining table’s piled with used food plates. Glasses . Not being cleared quick enough for to enjoy a second or third course due to lack of space on table. When inquired with waiter told die to staff shortage. But the resort was quick to cash in on average 450$ per night!!! Shameless At one of their other eateries , on request for few more fries. with sandwiche was told we were not entitled to either a second or extra portion! We were only entitled to a very mini snack and nothing more! Is it because we were ALL-INCLUSIVE?? What a joke! I’m a diabetic. The supervisor didn’t give dime as I had missed lunch due to hunting for my lost mobile including credit cards and all total travel information! Please note that complaint lodged personally with main manager too

We appreciate our guest's honest feedback regarding their experience as it allows us the opportunity to identify our strengths and weaknesses inorder to offer our guests the best possible experience.We would like to highlight that we prioritize in the daily cleaning that is conducted around the island to ensure cleanliness however due to the amount of trees all around the island there may be some fallen leaves left behind at times.Our All Inclusive afternoon tea time includes snacks such as sandwiches, cakes, tea and coffee. Therefore, if guests wish to have fries with the sandwich during tea time it can be ordered on the side.As our buffet timings are pre scheduled and informed to all guests, we urge guests to ensure that they do not miss any meals as we are unable to extend the buffet timing for individual guests. We do appreciate your constructive comments, and I will be sure to pass on your feedback to the respective teams as part of our continued efforts to improve our guest experience.Best regards,

Bandos is a very nice resort - close to Male / airport - it was ideal for my needs - a short 3 night all inclusive stay before joining a dive boat. I went for the superior beach villa and was not disappointed. Close to the dive centre and great view of the beach. Immaculate/ clean / semi open bathroom was fantastic- the all inclusive includes the mini bar - restocked daily and the drinks options were fine. Nice pool with small swim up bar ( the bartender was great - can’t remember his name - sorry ! ) all the staff were helpful and friendly and too top it off I received an ebookers vip early check in ( 9am ) which really helped with the early arrival from Abu Dhabi ! All in all a fabulous resort - Close to the airport ! Would definitely return again !

Initially we booked in a 'Classic Room' which although clean, it was very basic and disappointing. We therefore upgraded to a 'Standard Room' which was far superior in every way. The room was spacious, very clean and in a lovely position on the beach. It was well worth the additional cost of the upgrade.

Wir (Mutter, Tochter) hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt auf Bandos. Es war einfach ein Paradies, es war uns nie langweilig. Das Einzige was man beachten sollte ist, dass man Badeschlappen und Schnorchelausrüstung mitbringen sollte, da es sonst nicht angenehm ist für die Füsse (leider nicht nur Sand). Die Getränke sind teuer, aber das ist auf den Malediven sowieso allgemein so. Wir hatten Vollpension, Halbpension hätte auch gereicht. Aber ansonsten war unser Urlaub perfekt. Vielfältiges, feines Essen. Wir hätten uns mehr exotische Früchte gewünscht, aber die Früchte dort (meistens Wassermelonen, Apfel, Orangen waren auch frisch und lecker). Nettes Personal, speziell zu erwähnen Jaanu, Guru und die fleissigen Kellner und Mitarbeiter am Grillstand im Sea Breeze. Es waren Traumferien, ich vermisse Bandos jetzt schon. Danke!

Zu wenig Abwechslung beim Abendprogramm. Das essen war gut aber fast immer das gleiche.. waren 10 Tage da. Zum Beispiel bei den Früchten immer nur Äpfel, Orangen und Wassermelone, anstatt tropische Früchte. Zu viele Aktivitäten die man zahlen musste, sogar die Schnorcheluntensilien. Das sollte inkl. sein.. Sogar Billiar wurde abgerechnet, was ich too much finde. Es gab weitere Restaurants auf aufpreis. Ansonsten im Grossen und Ganzen ein guter Aufenthalt. Zimmer waren schön und der Stand traumhaft. Einfach zu wenig los für unseren Geschmack.

Positive: Nice location, very helpful and friendly people, excellent food, very clean. Gym. Pool. Negative: garden houses are not well isolated, you hear everything from your neighbors… Unstable WIFI. The water-aircraft from Male overfly the island exactly, heavy traffic all day long.
