Property was good but room was a little tired in places and the light and noise in the room at night was louder then I wanted. The location is good and it’s approx 15 mins walk to downtown where there are loads of dining options.

The shower head was so gross covered in build up and the hot tub area isn’t very well maintained. For over $400 a night I expected more

Assigned to the room right above garage door. Kind of noisy. Parking was also very challenging underground with super tight space. No greeting from the front desk when checking. Walking distance to downtown is relatively long

A nice experience. Enjoyed our stay. Parked adjacent the hotel as the garage height was not adequate for a SUV with a luggage carrier on top. Reasonable price in a high price area. Nice staff.

Arrived a bit early but was able to get into our room with no issues. Room was a good size, no microwave which we were disappointed in. Room clean was offered each day which you don’t often get anymore so that was a nice ‘extra’ that we were not expecting. A bit of a walk to the shops but that’s on us for not checking to see how far to the bus and shops.

We recently stayed at the Banff Inn for our daughter’s wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. The reception staff was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to accommodate our multiple requests. They ensured we had early check-ins so everyone could make it to the 4 PM ceremony on time and even allowed us to use their staff fridge for the wedding cake. The hotel’s facilities, parking and location were excellent, making it convenient for all our guests. We highly recommend the Banff Inn for anyone looking for an affordable, friendly, and clean place to stay in beautiful Banff.
