The beds were super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast buffet was epic, so much delicious food. The pool area was a total vibe, perfect for chilling. The staff were all friendly and helpful, always smiling. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend!

I requested an in-room Christmas tree to celebrate my 6-month-old’s first winter in a snowy climate, coming from seasonless Los Angeles, and they delivered beautifully. Even our puppy was treated like royalty, with food and water bowls, a cozy bed, and treats awaiting him. The Fairmont’s restaurants are equally impressive, offering a perfect blend of light and hearty meals. We didn’t encounter a single dish that didn’t exceed expectations. Property was gorgeous. Rooms were clean. Location was great and they give you a buss pass for your stay to go in and out of town. Only complaint was we booked a king bed and got a queen. Room was run down. Couch was dirty. Matress in sofa bed was brutal. Felt like 50 years old. Pool area was bordering on gross it was so filthy. Service was good but the room was way overpriced. It needs a remodel badly. I would not stay here again.

Most of the lobby floors were being replaced and walls painted which was a bit of an eyesore since this was our first time staying at a Fairmont hotel. The beds were not very comfy and you can hear everything from the hallways and neighbouring rooms. We ate one night at the Castello and food was nothing to write home about. However, thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool and the history of the hotel.
