This was a great room always clean. It was located on the main Banff Ave. and was one block from from the city bus stop. The staff was very informative.

The rooms were clean and quiet just off Banff Ave. The staff was very helpful with information about where to go and how to get there. The main city bus stop is just one block away. We like it very much.

Very convenient location, great parking. Great view from room 239 of the cascades. Hotel is in Reno mode so it’s a little noisy in the morning. Front desk was very accommodating.

Parking was limited. The room had no microwave. Otherwise clean and nice aside from the price which is not specific to the hotel but the area which takes advantage of the popularity of Banff
