There was lots of seating space in the lobby area. Our loft room second floor was extremely noisy and very warm. Our AC unit didn't work at alll. But otherwise no issues

Worst hotel stay ever

Upon check in my room was 26 degrees. I called the front desk immediately, told them the temperature and was told to open a window for 5-10 minutes. I ended up leaving my window open for a day and a half and was able to get it to 22 degrees.
