The staff was extremely helpful late checkout, transportation, helping me get Baht to pay a driver I thought would take a CC but didn’t. I liked the 7th floor lounge that came with upgrade. I had a great massage! The breakfast buffet was good. Overall a great hotel for a reasonable price!!

The hotel was what we needed as an overnight stay to catch a flight the next day. Free shuttle to and from the airport worked well. The only negative was we told the receptionist when we booked out that we had peanuts from the minibar and asked how much, she said no charge. Only for us to get called put on the shuttle bus fir 20 baht. Same receptionist when i asked how much for breakfast she said included. Only to be given an 800 baht bill afterwards.

Good and bad but overall good
Biggest problem was that we booked a king bed and they gave us a room with 2 separated single beds!! They said the king was booked but we booked it too so what was the purpose of us booking in advance?!!!!!!!?!?!? Shuttle bus to and from the airport makes it very easy which is nice Good value for money per night The room is nice and clean Reception staff were friendly although they didn’t have a simple bandaid in their first aid kit
